Bus Travel

Students travelling to College by bus would benefit from purchasing a Severn Card.
The Severn Card is a Multi Operator Student Pass for students aged 19 and under and can be used on any scheme bus service in Worcestershire. It is valid 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Severn Card can be purchased as a half-termly, termly or annual pass and covers 3 zones of travel:

  • Zone 1: Worcester City
  • Zone 2: Travel between neighbouring towns or villages (e.g. Malvern/Droitwich/Hallow to Worcester)
  • Zone 3: Travel anywhere within the bounds of Worcestershire

You can pay for an annual pass by monthly direct debit (9 payments from September to May*). The deadline for direct debit applications is the last Friday in August. Free travel maybe available for low income families who meet the College criteria. Please visit our website to view College Policy: www.wsfc.ac.uk

Applications for bus passes should be made early (June/July). There is no commitment to purchase a bus pass when making an application, but this ensures the pass is received in time for the beginning of term.

date and time of journey.

College Taxi Service

Students not on a direct bus route, who travel to College by train, can use the College Taxi service to complete their journey from Shrub Hill station.

Cycles

The College bike compound offers a secure and
sheltered area for students who wish to travel by bike. The enclosed area is accessed using a card reader.

Parking

Limited space is available for student parking. Students are required to register their vehicle in Student Services.
