CPLD students make reverse advent donation to Food Bank

Well done to the CPLD students who decided to do a reverse advent calendar whereby they collected food for each day of December. Some students collected more than their allocated day as they felt quite strongly about it. Thank you also to College staff who got involved and made a contribution.

The students were inspired as they work in settings with children and the thought that any of these children could be in a situation where they did not have enough food made it very real.

Second year students, Ben, Harry, Lizzie and Alexia took the food to the Food Bank on Friday and it was gratefully received.
